All item's are handled by us as we do NOT use a drop shipper to send your items on our behalf, so we give you the best customer service possible!- Should you decide to change your mind about this purchase, we want to make sure you are aware of our policies regarding returned merchandise.
As a general rule, merchandise in like new condition may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date shipment was made minus shipping charges.
If you receive a damaged item that was damaged from shipping, contact the shipping carrier immediately. If you notice that the box is damaged, have the delivery driver stay there and open the package to check for damage, so he/she can make a note of it on their delivery confirmation. Save all of the packaging for proof that it was damaged during shipping.
However, this policy is subject to the following conditions, clarifications, exceptions and fees. Merchandise cannot be returned if worn. Any merchandise that shows evidence of wear (i.e. scratches, torn, marks, missing tags or damage of any kind) cannot be returned.
To receive a refund, packaging must be returned in like new condition with the merchandise. If anything is missing at the time of the return, We will not refund your order.
